"Steer Clear of This..."
Steer clear of this... I placed my order and paid on February 18th. Got a notification saying it was dispatched, but turns out it hasn't even been processed yet. Now I'm finding out it won't show up until March. They won't let me cancel or get my money back...

"Steer Clear!"
Steer clear of this place. I placed my order on January 25th. By February 6th, I received an email stating they were having delivery problems and that it would take '5-7 days' to sort it out. After a week, I reached out to customer service, and they told me everything looked promising and I should expect a delivery confirmation email soon. A few days later, I got another email saying 'we can't confirm a delivery date.' Apparently, my order was shipped (from where? China?) and because of that, I can't request a cancellation or refund. The only option I have is to return the items once they finally arrive. Honestly, I doubt they ever will.

"Steer Clear"
This used to be a solid company, but things have really gone downhill. I made a decent-sized purchase on January 13th, expecting it to arrive by January 28th. Sure, that felt a bit slow, but I thought I might get lucky and see it sooner. Boy, was I mistaken!
As the delivery date approached, they pushed it back to January 30th. That day came and went, so I reached out to them. I've had to follow up a few times since then. They keep saying they're looking into it. Customs issues, delays, you name it.
The reality is, five weeks after placing my order, I've only received a measly 75 cents worth of my stuff (and that just showed up a few days ago). I'm still waiting on the vast majority of my order. No tracking number, no delivery date in sight. I'm hoping this review will push them to actually send out my order instead of just giving me more excuses.
I really think anyone in Ireland should think twice before ordering from this company.

"Steer Clear. Don't Order from Ireland"
Steer clear of Holland and Barrett. Their delivery service in Ireland is just not up to scratch.

Expect long waits, sometimes stretching into weeks or even months. The chat bot responds to emails, but even after getting two messages saying that separate orders were on their way, they actually haven't shipped. I've been a loyal customer for a while, but now I'm thinking of finding a retailer based in the EU or Ireland for my future purchases.

"My Experience with Holland and Barrett"
I've always shopped at Holland and Barrett without any issues and have really liked their products. After Christmas, I placed an order, but some items were out of stock, and I received an email about a refund. Unfortunately, that refund never came through. I reached out to customer service, and they told me to wait until the 3rd of February to check for my refund, but it didn’t show up. I followed up via email as instructed, but got no reply. Then, I called customer service the following Thursday, and they promised to get back to me on Friday regarding my refund. Well, it’s now Wednesday, and I still haven’t heard anything. I’m really let down by the poor communication and the hassle I’ve faced trying to get my money back. After this experience, I won’t be shopping here again.

"Still waiting on my order"
I made my purchase nearly three weeks back. There’s a problem with the orders, but no one seems to know where mine is or when it’ll arrive. I asked for a refund, but they said it was sent out and I can’t get my money back. If it was indeed sent, where’s the tracking number?! Yet, customer service can’t verify that number. It’s really frustrating.

"STAY AWAY - Same old tale"
STAY AWAY - Same old tale, my order didn’t show up when promised, and they keep pointing fingers at customs. But honestly, that’s just a cover for their own mistakes with info. The service has been really lacking, and their responses are slow. I've been a loyal customer for ages, but now I’m thinking of switching to a retailer based in the EU or Ireland from now on.

"Delivery Took Ages"
I’ve been waiting since January 15, 2023, and today is February 13 for my order to show up. It was supposed to get here by January 31, then pushed to February 3. This has been the longest wait ever. The order I got was right and complete, but it came from England instead of the usual Irish distribution center. By the way, is that Irish App ever gonna work again? Last year, I had an order that was only partially delivered. I had to shoot an email to get a refund. Two customer service reps promised it would be sorted, but no cash showed up. It finally got refunded after I dealt with a third rep. Really poor customer service. Everything's sorted now, but I'm still curious if that Irish App is coming back online?

"Unreliable Online Shopping Experience"
I placed an order for four items on January 7th. Two weeks later, I got just two of them, and then they went ahead and canceled the third item because it wasn't available, refunding me only for that one. When I checked in about the fourth item last week, they told me it was also canceled, but I wasn't charged for it. The only notice I received about cancellations and refunds was specifically for the third item. It's hard to believe they can't keep track of what's been canceled and refunded.

Previously, I had another order for in-store pickup, and the dispatch status never changed until I reached out to customer service.

While their prices and deals look good, I just can't put my faith in their online shop.

"A Month Without My Order"
I've been shopping with Holland and Barrett for years, and since I live 80 kilometers from the closest store, I always relied on their online ordering. I placed an order on January 13th, and here I am, still waiting for it to arrive. I've reached out to what can only be called customer service four times now. Each time, I get the same scripted response, just a repeat about delays at the Dublin depot. I get that these things happen, but when I ask for a refund for items that haven't even shipped, they flat out refuse. I spent €80! If this were any other site, I'd think it was a scam! And guess what? Not a single apology from any of the four customer service reps. Never again. I usually drop this kind of cash every couple of months, which is no small change, but it's clear that Holland and Barrett doesn't value their customers. So, a month later, still no products and out of pocket, I've given up hope of ever seeing my order. I've made a vow to steer clear of this company from now on... I can't help but wonder how many others have faced the same ordeal.

"Completely appalled by the service I got"
I am completely appalled by the service I’ve experienced. I placed my order on January 13th, and it was supposed to arrive in 2-5 days. But it didn’t even get dispatched until January 27th! They split my order into two parts, and the delivery date after dispatch was January 30th. I got two smaller items, but one keeps showing as dispatched. I reached out to customer service twice, and all I heard back was to just keep waiting! Now it’s February 11th, and I’m still without my item. They keep saying it’s anpost’s fault because of delivery issues, which is a total lie since I’ve received other orders from different sellers without a hitch. So here I am, still waiting with no order and no refund to buy the item from somewhere else. Plus, no one can tell me when it’ll actually arrive! Customer service keeps saying how worried they are, but there’s nothing they can do. It’s just disgraceful!

"Ordered 3 vitamins on January 15th..."
I placed an order for 3 vitamins on January 15th. It wasn't until February 3rd that they finally shipped my order. Even after 10 days, my package still hasn't shown up. The service from H&B has been really poor, and I won't be buying from them again. I'm quite let down.

The staff at both the Blanch and Navan locations are super friendly and really helpful. You can tell they genuinely care about their work and aren’t just in it for the paycheck.
